Executive Chef and Owner, Martin Kim

Workaholic was created initially as the name intended. executive chef and owner Martin Kim wanted to create a food-catering service in hopes of delivering food in the style of korean fusion cuisine to the people of Downtown, Los Angeles. His vision was to provide balanced, well-prepared meals for those who were constantly working and hustling without having the opportunity to eat a proper meal. Soon enough, after many trials and errors, Chef Martin Kim was able to utilize his experiences, creativity, and culture in order to create his own version of a korean staple, Mandu.
